This question is driven by lack of a better word. Do biweekly and bimonthly mean. Hourly, daily, monthly, weekly, and yearly suggest a consistent approach to creating adverbial forms of time measurements, but the form breaks down both in smaller. 1 why there are two different meanings for “triweekly”?
